Job summary

ParaMed is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to perform community nursing visits in Kingston, Ontario. You will assess, plan, and monitor patient care to help individuals remain at home with dignity and safety.

Travel within designated areas, on-call coverage, and strong clinical orientation are part of the role. Competitive compensation with a retention bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the CNO in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience delivering community/home care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ individualized needs using appropriate tools.
• Execute and monitor care plans.
• Engage patients with a collaborative approach and build rapport.
