Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management is an asset.
• Ability to problem solve and think analytically.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage resources.
• Prior experience in Transportation or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Prior Customer Service experience is required, with 1-2 years in escalation management preferred.
• Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to extract and report on data as required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Geographical knowledge of Canada.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Load Planning: communicate with replenishment, suppliers, scheduling and carriers to finalize pickup and delivery details.
• Load Planning: track and trace loads to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues promptly.
• Load Planning: review profitability on customer pick-ups and discuss adjustments with execution or BD teams.
• Customer Service: act as the lead for all customer inquiries and respond via phone, email, and chat.
• Customer Service: provide shipment status, delivery times, and other service information to customers.
• Reporting: ensure daily and weekly reports are completed and sent on time.
