Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Manager – Mapping & Allocations to lead floor planning and product allocation for Health & Beauty and Home & Entertainment. You will translate merchandising strategies into effective floor plans and collaborate with Supply Chain to support replenishment.

Reporting to the Director of Mapping & Allocations, you will mentor a Senior Analyst, develop store-level floor plans, optimize space and drive sales and margin across the store network

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross‑functional influence.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership experience or coaching/development ability is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain store-level floor plans with category teams.
• Create floor planning strategies to maximize sales and margin.
• Map value and merchandising strategies across store perimeters.
• Allocate products to stores per approved floor plans.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on allocation and replenishment.
• Lead and coach a Senior Analyst to deliver team objectives.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to execute merchandising strategies.
