Job summary

Fix One is seeking a Tech Sales specialist to engage homeowners and businesses seeking repairs, installations, and service across Ontario. You will be the first real conversation, understanding needs, explaining solutions, and turning inquiries into booked jobs.

Responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, booking and coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, call-centre or customer-facing roles.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to explain technical services in plain language.
• Comfortable using a CRM and keeping records tidy.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage a busy queue.
• Experience in home services, trades or field service is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, form submissions and online enquiries
• Understand the customer's problem and recommend the right service
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and estimates
• Book jobs and coordinate scheduling with the dispatch team
• Keep the CRM accurate with notes, statuses and next steps
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction
• Work with marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality
• Meet activity and conversion targets agreed with your manager
