Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance, a Toronto-based residential appliance service provider, seeks skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to service homes across Ontario. You’ll diagnose, repair, and test appliances to ensure safe, proper operation and client satisfaction.

This field-based role offers flexible scheduling, dispatch support, and opportunities to take on additional work as qualifications and approved scope expand.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Enjoys working in customers’ homes.
• Takes pride in quality workmanship.
• Own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, photos, and reporting.
• Understands when a repair is outside their approved scope.
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team.
