Blue Steel PVF Ltd. in Millet, AB is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound pipe shipments, coordinate trucking and ensure accurate receiving and inventory control.

The role emphasizes careful documentation, BOLs, MTRs, and close collaboration with suppliers and yard staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience, preferably with steel pipe or industrial materials.
• Strong inventory control and receiving experience.
• Experience coordinating trucking and freight.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound pipe shipments, trucking and yard deliveries.
• Work with suppliers, carriers and yard staff to ensure timely receiving.
• Maintain accurate inventory and reconcile incoming material.
• Manage BOLs, packing slips, MTRs and receiving documentation.
• Resolve shipment, quantity and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and provide inbound shipment updates.
• Support general operations and administrative functions as required.
