Job summary

Blue Steel PVF Ltd. in Millet, AB is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound pipe shipments, coordinate trucking and ensure accurate receiving and inventory control.

The role emphasizes careful documentation, BOLs, MTRs, and close collaboration with suppliers and yard staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience, preferably with steel pipe or industrial materials.
• Strong inventory control and receiving experience.
• Experience coordinating trucking and freight.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong inventory control and receiving experience.
• Experience coordinating trucking and freight.
• Strong administrative, organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems.

Priority: We need someone with hands-on logistics experience who can take ownership of inbound pipe movements and maintain accurate inventory and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
