Job summary

NRI Distribution in Brampton, Canada is seeking a Receiving Clerk to ensure timely processing of received product within the Inbound team. You’ll work with products from clients and help keep inbound documentation accurate and organized.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, proactive and detail-minded, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. You’ll collaborate with supervisors and clients, following safety procedures and SOPs to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of inbound clerk experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inbound schedules and documentation for shipments.
• Works with Supervisor to determine inbound volumes and arrival times.
• Enters all documents accurately for system processing.
• Communicates with clients via email.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Keeps work areas safe, clean, and tidy.
• Performs other duties as requested.
