Abell Pest Control Inc. is seeking an administrative customer service professional at our Home Office in Etobicoke, ON. You will handle inbound calls, aim to secure residential sales and schedule services, with a unique commission incentive.

This role blends administrative tasks with customer service and light inside sales, focusing on providing solutions for inquiring clients. Compensation includes base salary plus commission, with a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• One or more years of customer service related experience.
• Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
• Able to use all related hardware and software
• Inside sales experience an asset
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming calls to secure residential sales and schedule service.
• Enter daily reports, new contracts, one-time services, ESM forms and sales orders.
• Resolve residential account issues and maintain customer files.
• Schedule Route Managers' one-time work and home services; follow up calls.
• Ensure month-end tasks and tag reports are completed.
• Support branch staff as directed by the manager.
• Assist with reporting and procedures for branch accounts.
