MHIRJ is seeking a specialist for its In‑Service Engineering team to support and resolve technical service issues for the CRJ aircraft series. Overview

MHIRJ is the fusion of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and the CRJ Series program. We provide operational, engineering, and customer support solutions for the global regional aircraft industry.

Job Summary

Join our In‑Service Engineering team as a specialist to support and resolve short‑term technical service issues for the CRJ aircraft series, ensuring rapid return to service for AOG aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue return‑to‑service documents such as REO, Instructions, and SNIEO.
• Respond to technical questions from field service representatives (FSRs) and operators.
• Participate in operator conferences, periodic activity reports, and operator technical reviews.
• Travel occasionally to support the Mobile Repair Team (MRT) or assist operators with repair incorporation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Specialization related to hydro‑mechanical systems preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or technical support for hydro‑mechanical systems; technical experience with CRJ or Challenger aircraft is an asset.
• Airline experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Windows and Office software.
• Strong presentation, communication, and technical investigation skills in English.
• Autonomous, enthusiastic, highly organized, customer‑oriented, willing to travel, and available for on‑call duty.
