Maple Acura, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Internal Service Advisor to coordinate vehicle service and delivery preparation. You will create detailed estimates, advise on maintenance needs, and schedule shop work to maintain high efficiency. Strong ERP experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a service advisor.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds).
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Open, prepare, and close internal service repair orders for vehicle delivery or inventory.
• Prepare detailed labor and parts estimates and seek Sales Manager approval.
• Advise the Sales Manager on required maintenance with clear explanations.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance appointments to ensure workflow in the service shop.
• Review maintenance history and verify warranty coverage before service.
