Job summary

Maple Acura, part of Zanchin Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join the Team. You will handle parts sales, customer inquiries, and promote both retail and wholesale opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in parts sales or related roles, strong customer service, and experience with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds). This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for retail customers and service operations
• Recommend and sell parts and accessories, either by telephone or at the retail parts department
• Promote retail and wholesale sales by building relationships with external customers
• Determine availability of parts and accessories; place special orders as required
• Provide price quotes and other related parts information
• Prepare parts orders for shipment, delivery, or collection
• Participate in parts inventory counting and stocking

About The Opportunity…

As an integral part of the 'we can do that' operation, this position is responsible for a variety of duties relating to the sales, distribution, and inventory of vehicle parts. Specifically:

• act as the first point of contact for retail customers and service operations

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in parts sales, logistics, warehousing

• ability to lift/move objects (50 pounds or less)
