Job summary

Alberta Health Services in Fairview is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Nursing. You will deliver client-centred care in patients' homes, work with an interdisciplinary team, and support individuals to stay safe, independent and comfortable at home.

The role is in the Northern Incentive Program area, with pro-rated shifts and a focus on community-based care. Provisional permits have a different pay scale, and the posting is for Casual/Relief employment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide variety of nursing services in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support health, independence and quality of life.
