Job summary

Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Integrated Home Care in a community-based setting in Alberta. The RN will assess client needs, coordinate care plans and provide direct nursing care to support independence at home.

With a leadership role in home care, you will educate families, advocate for services, and promote holistic health. Two shifts and part-time status reflect the 0.62 FTE arrangement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of nursing services to patients, families and communities.
• Assess client needs and develop and coordinate care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
