Job summary

Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Living in the Edmonton area. You will assess needs, provide therapeutic nursing services, and coordinate care with the healthcare team in patients' homes and communities.

You will lead care planning, support clients and families, and ensure safe, holistic, client-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Provisional permits are paid at the start, with full permit rates following UNA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Current CRNA registration or eligibility; BCLS-HCP.
• Two years of recent nursing experience or refresher within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families and communities.
• Utilize nursing processes with critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
• Develop care plans and coordinate resources with the healthcare team.
