Job summary

Dollarama in Montreal is seeking an Import Clerk reporting to the Manager, Import – Proforma. You will accurately enter sales contracts into SAP and translate them into purchase orders and new articles in the ERP system.

The role requires liaising with vendors, tracking repeat orders, and formatting PO reports. You will calculate container volumes, ensure correct times, prices and quantities, and leverage MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College diploma (AEC) in Transportation, Logistics, Import or equivalent.
• 1–2 years data-entry or import experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills required; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into SAP.
• Follow-up on repeat orders.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers.
• Calculate volume and weight, and convert measurements for the containers.
• Create new articles in the ERP system.
• Create and format purchase order reports.
• Confirm with suppliers’ time, price, and number of items.
