Our application delivery experts are essential in managing the outsourcing of employee benefit plan administration. Collaborating closely with project managers, clients, and team members, the Implementation Programmer is pivotal in configuring, developing, and deploying health and welfare system implementations, managing vendor integrations, and conducting ongoing maintenance activities. This role involves creating reports, interfaces, and customizations within the existing application framework, as well as configuring and developing new standalone applications when necessary. The Senior Programmer will utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, articulate, and resolve system issues, review code, and provide guidance and mentorship as needed.
Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience required.
