Job description

MediSolution is seeking a Customer Support & Implementation Specialist, Finance (Remote) with a solid background in financial processing and reporting within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing high-quality support to clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
2. Communicating application updates, regulatory, and legislative changes to clients.
3. Implementing new customers from start to finish, including analyzing needs, testing, and training.
4. Offering ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training, including reporting training on Excel-based applications.
5. Maintaining and updating training documentation and user guides.
6. Participating in business development activities like proposals and presentations.
7. Developing a deep understanding of our applications to address issues effectively.
8. Troubleshooting software and implementation issues, providing workarounds and guidance.
9. Using ticketing systems to manage support cases efficiently.
10. Diagnosing and documenting software issues, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.
11. Designing new product features with the development team.
12. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation.
• Minimum 5 years of financial processing experience, with understanding of business processes and reporting.
• Strong client communication skills and computer proficiency (MS Office, SQL or similar).
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with healthcare finance systems, ERP, dashboard reporting, and user acceptance testing.
