Beanfield is seeking an Implementation Lead to oversee selected OSP construction projects, ensuring standards, schedules, and budgets are met. You will manage contractors, plan budgets, and uphold health and safety across teams.
The role requires 5+ years in telecom design/construction, a high school diploma, and ability to read construction drawings. An engineering credential is a plus; Ontario G license is required. Be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects, the Implementation Lead is responsible for overseeing certain construction OSP projects, including forced relocates, large customer builds, and network expansion projects, ensuring they align with company standards and are executed effectively and efficiently. This role involves direct management of contractors and construction teams, with responsibilities spanning from planning and scheduling to budget management and safety compliance.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
