What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
- Manage projects to configure ARIEL plan parameters and test calculation results
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needs
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation
- Train and support development of junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent coursework demonstrating mathematical ability
- Associate level - Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration / Benefits / HR / payroll industry
- Consultant level - Minimum 8 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support within Pension Administration / Benefits / HR / payroll industry
- Proficiency in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience working with Excel and Access VBA is a plus
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
