VitalEdge Technologies | IntelliDealer is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the transition to the IntelliDealer platform. You will configure solutions, lead client engagements, and ensure a seamless go-live that drives adoption and efficiency.

This role blends technical expertise, business process understanding, and strong client relationships. Travel up to 10% is welcomed; candidates should have ERP or enterprise software experience and be comfortable working

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ERP, DMS, or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize IntelliDealer solutions based on client requirements.
• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Guide customers through system functionality and workflows.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation adoption.
• Maintain project documentation and progress updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Project teams.
