Job summary

AGS Automotive Systems is seeking an EDI Systems and Admin Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of its EDI environment and related integration technologies. You will coordinate with QCE, QAD, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate data exchanges across plants, corporate teams, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum college certification/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• EDI-specific training program certification is considered an asset.
• Minimum five years of hands-on EDI support, administration, implementation, and management experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive Tier-1 supplier experience, with full competence on related EDI codes and standards.
• ERP systems exposure with a strong preference for QAD Enterprise Edition, QAD E-Commerce, and the embedded Sterling Ecommerce EDI subsystem.
• Experience managing EDI implementations, trading partner onboarding activities, and cross-functional business and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, cost-effective EDI service delivery for AGS and Tiercon across facilities and business units.
• Manage daily EDI operations, monitor inbound/outbound transactions, address failures or exceptions.
• Manage QCE and VAN providers, EDI service vendors, consultants, and external support partners.
• Manage VANs, trading partner relationships, connectivity, testing, certification, and implementation requirements.
• Establish service level expectations for performance, reliability, issue response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support data security, access, and system administration as needed.
