Job summary

Cority is looking for an Implementation Consultant to drive successful client deployments of our EHS+ platform. You will lead configuration, training, testing and documentation while coordinating with project management and technical consultants.

You will work mostly remotely with some travel, maintain timesheets and bookings, and ensure delivery milestones are met. The role suits a university graduate with 1–3 years’ experience and a +REM/EI designation is a plus, with bilingualism an asset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a university program in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in a related role with REM/EI designation is preferred.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
• Act as a liaison between Cority and clients in all assigned projects and initiatives; lead and support project implementations including configuring the application, training clients, testing, and note taking.
• Work closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to form a cohesive project team.
• Interact with and support other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product).
• Establish, with the client team and Cority Project Manager, a plan for management of the project implementation including intervention where timeline milestones are being delayed or missed.
• Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
• Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets for approval at the end of each week.
