Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of M&E, program evaluation, or research experience.
• Strong understanding of M&E frameworks and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience designing and implementing data collection tools.
• Familiarity with Northern Cape social and economic context advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies for various projects.
