Job summary

Manulife is looking for a co-op student to contribute to the Data Office across Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and help drive data‑driven decisions from day one.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, present findings, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and customer outcomes. Hybrid work in Canada is available through the GRO co‑op program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited university for CS or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; data-driven decisions.
• Familiar with data mining, analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Power Suite or similar data visualization tools.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Ask insightful questions to clarify business drivers and scope.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
• Perform data mining, analysis and visualization; present findings clearly.
• Document requirements and propose solutions concisely.
• Lead meetings and present information across organizational levels.
• Support smooth transitions and changes for business partners.
• Assist with data management and dashboard creation as needed.
