Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university for a CS-related degree.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to tell a story.
• Power Suite knowledge or experience with data visualization tools.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proactive and flexible attitude; eager to contribute.
• Excellent time management, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Understanding of the financial services industry including wealth/managers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytical skills to understand business drivers and define scope with clarity.
• Build and nurture relationships to strengthen partnerships with stakeholders.
• Apply data mining, analysis, and visualization to inform decisions focused on customer needs and NPS.
• Deliver well-documented solution requirements and present findings clearly.
• Lead meetings and communicate across organizational levels.
• Prepare partners for changes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Recommend business decisions that address customer challenges and drive results.
• Engage in activities such as valuation oversight, trade processing, risk oversight, vendor management, tax compliance, securities lending, financial reporting, onboarding, record keeping, data management, and dashboard creation where applicable.
