We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team and support our mission of providing quality guidance and personalized service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assess clients' eligibility for different immigration programs and advise on appropriate pathways.
  3. Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with Canadian immigration laws.
  4. Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on application status and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest changes in immigration policies, regulations, and best practices.
  6. Liaise with relevant government bodies, including IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) and provincial nominee programs.
  7. Maintain organized and detailed records of clients' applications and communications.
  8. Provide personalized support throughout the immigration process, addressing concerns and challenges faced by clients.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Immigration Consultant, specifically in work permits and permanent residency (PR) processes.
  2. Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  4. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficient in relevant software and tools used for immigration applications and documentation.
  7. Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in handling express entry and provincial nominee program (PNP) applications.
  2. Multilingual skills are an asset.
  3. Familiarity with immigration-related software.

What We Offer:
