Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

Full Job Description
We are looking to add a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant to our team in Ontario.
Mostly focusing on Student/Work Permits, Visitor Authorizations, Extensions, PR applications, OINP, and LMIA applications, the successful candidate would be processing various cases and applications, from initial consultations and client assessments to document management and government communications.

Some key responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide consultation and professional advice related to Canadian Immigration matters.
  • Provide document management and administration for various applications.
  • Provide quotations to clients for services.
  • Manage case submissions and applications.
  • Obtain regular updates on program changes and requirements.
  • Schedule client tasks and manage timelines.
  • Assist with immigration matters and related administrative tasks.
  • Advice on current immigration programs and streams to clients and potential clients.
  • Educate clients and stakeholders on various government and regulation requirements.

Key Qualifications include the following:
• RCIC licensing in Good Standing.
• Familiarization with government requirements and processing times.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Advanced-demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
