Job summary

RSM is seeking an Identity Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day IAM operations focused on SailPoint for Middle East clients, with a regional team in Canada. You will drive operational excellence, manage escalations, and align engineering, security, and client teams to deliver secure identity services.

You'll oversee IIQ/IdentityNow/ISC operations, implement lifecycle governance, access reviews, and connector management while ensuring compliance, runbooks, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IAM operations with coaching/leadership experience.
• Experience with integrations, connectors and performance tuning.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid identity architectures.
• Strong communication and cross‑regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Identity Operations team supporting SailPoint environments.
• Oversee daily IGA operations, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalation point for high priority identity incidents across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and runbook updates.
