Ledcor in Vancouver, BC seeks a Sr. Identity & Access Management Specialist to support operation, governance, and continuous improvement of IAM services.

You will oversee identity lifecycle management for human and non-human identities, access requests, privileged access, and reviews across Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, and AD, aligning with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM standards. You will collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams, translating requirements into secure IAM

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive IAM experience with service delivery and platform support.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, access reviews, and privileged accounts.
• Hands-on with IAM platforms, SSO/MFA, and provisioning workflows.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM and IAM governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of IAM platforms and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate access requirements into secure IAM solutions.
• Manage life cycle of human and non-human identities, including privileged accounts.
• Provide IAM guidance and resolve complex issues across projects and teams.
• Coordinate access reviews and maintain IAM reporting and audit records.
