Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a Senior SailPoint IAM Consultant to lead customer-facing IAM deployments. You will work with Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver SailPoint implementations, gather requirements, design solutions, and produce delivery documents.

You will report to the IGA Practice Leader and contribute to a high-quality, client-focused IAM program. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on IAM experience on SailPoint ISC, with a hybrid remote/in-office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC/IDN: implementation, installation and configuring.
• Experience in JML certification and provisioning.
• Develop lifecycle workflows.
• Onboarding applications with automated provisioning.
• Configure reports and dashboards.
• RBAC and Access Reviews.
• Databases experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Java or Bean Shell and PowerShell.
• Experience with XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), web and application servers.
• Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms.
• Professional Communication (written and verbal).
• SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work on the technical delivery of IAM implementation projects; gather business and technical requirements from the customer.
• Provide input to functional and technical design where required.
• Ensure the technical solution meets customer requirements and create implementation documents, test plans and run books.
• Assist pre-sales activities such as developing client-focused proposals and running technical PoCs.
• Coordinate with project/engagement managers to align with budget and high-quality outcomes.
• Identify customer opportunities and help cultivate relationships with technical partners.
• Share best practices to enhance IAM center of excellence.

About the Job:

The Senior Consultant, SailPoint, is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work on customer projects, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to provide outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Senior Consultant will be well-versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering SailPoint.

You will report to IGA Practice Leader.

Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000 CAD + Bonus
