Job summary

Symbiotic Digital seeks a seasoned Global IGA Engineer to support Identity Governance and Administration initiatives in Toronto, with remote flexibility within Ontario. You will administer SailPoint IdentityIQ, develop solutions, onboard applications, and oversee lifecycle and access governance in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions.
• Perform application onboarding and ongoing support activities.

• Integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Manage account creation and onboarding processes.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain Quicklinks, Forms, and Workflows.
• Utilize SCIM APIs for identity integrations.
• Configure and support Web Services Connectors.
• Configure and support Database (JDBC) Connectors.
• Develop and maintain BeanShell and Java-based customizations.
• Support certification campaigns and access reviews.
• Provide access request support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain SailPoint IIQ server hygiene and operational health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and feasibility.
• Support directory services integrations including LDAP and Active Directory.
• Manage tickets, engage end users, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for support cases and issue resolution.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global IGA Engineer to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) administration, development, application onboarding, lifecycle management, access governance, and identity-related integrations. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage identity and access management solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
