Job summary

Loblaw Technology & Analytics is seeking a Technical Lead, Identity & Access Management to drive governance and protect assets across the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.

You will provide hands-on leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, review code and configurations, and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver IAM solutions while maintaining documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex SailPoint production issues and implement fixes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java/BeanShell and XML for SailPoint configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support and operational leadership for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes for defects and incidents.
• Review and update SailPoint IdentityIQ code and configurations using Java/BeanShell and XML.
