Job summary

PerkinElmer's Operations Product Manager in Woodbridge, ON, will own day-to-day operational product management for the ICP-OES portfolio. You will manage SKU configurations, lifecycle decisions, and ensure smooth operations in collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain.

The role reports to the Strategic Product Director, develops toward broader product management responsibilities, and supports pricing, quality, and commercial operations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience with product lifecycle management concepts: SKU management, pricing, and change management.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the product line's SKU catalogue and manage configurations with Operations and Supply Chain.
• Prepare operational analysis to inform lifecycle decisions (introduce, sustain, end-of-life).
• Own end-of-life communications and phase-out execution with inventory and customer notifications.
• Administer and update the product line price book and support price review cycles.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain on parts availability and lead times; report impacts to stakeholders.
• Support sales with configuration guidance and update competitive resources and FAQs.
• Track KPIs such as order intake, backlog, inventory, and field feedback; report to Strategic PM.
