Job summary

Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Workday Platform Engineer to design, configure, and optimize our Workday ecosystem supporting HR, Finance, and business operations. You will influence platform strategy and deliver scalable Workday solutions across the enterprise.

This role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll and Technology, handles Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors integrations, and supports releases, security, and governance while driving automation and data integrity.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms with hands-on Workday experience.
5+ years developing and supporting Workday integrations, reports, and business processes.
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or HR-related field.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday platform solutions.
Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tech stakeholders to gather requirements.
Develop, test, deploy and support Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, improve performance and reliability.
Support Workday releases, governance, security compliance, and documentation.
