Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a skilled Workday Core HCM specialist to lead configuration, maintenance, and support for core HR processes in a hybrid Mississauga environment.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to deliver scalable Workday solutions, manage staffing data, and optimize processes from hiring to termination while ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction. The role offers ongoing learning and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring Workday Core HCM.
• Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and IT.
• Strong analytical and data integrity focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of Workday Core HCM processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Own and optimize HR processes from hiring to terminations for efficient workflows.
• Maintain foundational Workday HCM configuration and related system objects.
• Troubleshoot complex HCM issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Lead testing, deployments, and change management for Workday releases.
