Dilawri Group of Companies in Canada is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team and support warranty-related activities with the luxury vehicle manufacturer, Audi. This role offers a hybrid on-site/remote schedule determined by management.

The expected annual salary ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 75,000. You will assess warranty claims, ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, and train staff on procedures.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of warranty administration experience, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.

Responsabilités

• Warranty claim assessment, coding, invoicing, correction, and timely submission.
• Adherence to manufacturer's warranty policies and ensuring compliance.
• Training staff on warranty procedures within their position.
• Reviewing warranty credits and posting them to accounting.
• Assisting with payment discrepancy analysis using the warranty schedule and reporting to management.
• Communicating payment discrepancies and warranty deficiencies to management weekly.
• Ensuring warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and managed.
• Participating in training courses as directed by the manufacturer or management.
• Ensuring maximum warranty processing and timely closure of work orders.
