Light & Wonder in Montreal is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help operators maximize value from the Infinity platform. You will serve as the technical liaison across product, engineering, and operations, focusing on backend wallet and API integrations and frontend launcher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in a technical role with external customers
• Experience integrating or supporting REST/HTTP APIs, reading API specs, tracing requests, diagnosing failures from logs
• Ability to run structured troubleshooting across live systems and coordinate across teams
• Experience acting as an escalation point for production issues and communicating status to external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior decision-makers
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical liaison between operators and Light & Wonder
• Represent operator needs internally and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Lead discussions with operator leadership on integration approach, trade-offs, incidents, and platform capabilities
• Support operators in adopting Infinity features, including wallets, API integrations, game launch, promotions, and jackpots
• Define and execute operator success strategies to maximize platform utilization and value
