Job summary

NAIT is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant - Talent to design, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs. You will focus on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and change initiatives in collaboration with HR and organizational leaders.

The role involves expert consultation, coaching, and facilitating leadership development activities, with data-informed decision making and a focus on enterprise talent processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management programs and leadership development.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with leaders at all levels.
• Proficient in HR analytics and using Workday for talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of phased performance management initiatives aligned with the NAIT Competency Framework.
• Support talent reviews, calibration exercises, and succession planning activities.
• Develop and enhance talent management programs, procedures, tools, and resources for leaders and employees.
• Lead change management planning and implementation for organizational talent-related initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate talent management processes using data and insights to support continuous improvement.
