Job summary

LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services seeks a Senior Consultant, Performance & Talent Programs to lead the design and continuous improvement of its performance review and talent management programs. You will provide strategic consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders, and own the talent management system administration.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in performance management and succession planning, with strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, OD, or related field.
• Experience designing and improving performance management processes.
• Experience administering talent management systems and HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and improve performance review processes.
• Consult with leaders and HR Partners on performance and talent practices.
• Lead annual and cyclical performance review cycles with planning and reporting.
• Develop communications, resources, and reporting for leaders and employees.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive adoption of practices.
• Align programs with Quest Diagnostics and LifeLabs objectives.
