NAV CANADA is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs & Insights to lead a team responsible for the Talent Acquisition programs, partnerships, analytics, and initiatives that help us attract and hire the talent needed to support our operational and business priorities. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, workforce planning, or a related HR discipline.
• Minimum two (2) years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading recruitment programs, projects, or initiatives.
• Experience analyzing recruitment and workforce data and translating findings into recommendations.
