Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Science or related field, plus five years of related experience.
• Expert SQL, report generation and data visualization.
• Extensive knowledge of Blackbaud CRM foundations.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organization.
• Ability to collaborate with software developers, admins, designers, PMs, and business analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop information systems and automate workflows.
• Implement customizations and enhancements across SFU's admin systems.
• Provide reporting and analysis to support decision-making by senior administration.
• Compile information and prepare reports for university partners.
