Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate student for a co-op in Business Operations & Executive Reporting. You will support leadership reporting, performance insights, executive communications, and strategic initiatives within the Professional Practices Chief of Staff team in Audit and Advisory Services.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or graduate degree in business-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of executive presentations and strategic communications for senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting materials.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and transformation projects, tracking milestones and governance activities.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive summaries for leadership forums.
• Track priorities and deliverables across initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making and project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation using AI-enabled solutions.
