Job summary

Parkland County is seeking a SharePoint Analyst to lead administration and governance of the County’s SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platform. You will drive information management, security, and efficiency across business units, collaborating with IT and departments to deliver integrated solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, data protection, and leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform to improve workflows and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS / IS or related field.
5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and support including PowerShell and ShareGate.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus.
Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and design technology solutions using Microsoft 365.
Experience implementing governance, records management, and Purview compliance solutions.
Knowledge of Copilot, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automation in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Administer, support, and govern SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Deliver solutions and process improvements to enhance collaboration and information management.
Coordinate vendor-supported services to ensure secure, reliable platform operations.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to drive productivity.
