Covenant House Toronto is seeking a proactive Senior IT Specialist to lead the SharePoint rollout within the Microsoft 365 environment and provide broader IT support in a hybrid on-prem/cloud setting. The role focuses on re-engaging stakeholders, building department sites, and training site owners, while ensuring data governance for sensitive youth and donor information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical IT training with 6+ years in IT roles.
• 3+ years hands-on SharePoint administration.
• 3+ years IT support experience (desktop, network).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, wireless access points.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Outlook, MS Office).
• Coordinate data migrations, forms, and site/content creation and changes.
• Maintain document retention, archiving, and audits for data integrity.
• Implement and maintain SharePoint security settings and ensure governance compliance.
• Monitor and optimize environment; troubleshoot issues; develop training materials.
