Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) in Kelowna is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day operations within an assigned area. You will ensure goal-focused direct support and information is available to individuals and families, and services meet policy standards.

The role emphasizes fiscal responsibility, reconciliation with Indigenous organizations, and guiding a dynamic team in planning, contracting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in social work or business with human services orientation.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within social services and contract management.
• Equivalency of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CLBC service delivery in an assigned area.
• Ensure goal-focused, policy-aligned supports and information are provided.
• Support and supervise staff, develop work plans, and manage contracts.
• Promote reconciliation and partnerships with Indigenous organizations.
• Handle emerging issues between CLBC, providers and families; escalate as needed.
