Join us as our new People Services Client Partner (PSCP), based out of the CLBC Head Office in Vancouver or their Kelowna office.
Reporting to the Manager, People Services, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders across your portfolio, consisting of the CLBC Finance Department located in Head Office as well as the Kelowna and surrounding area teams including Vernon, Penticton, Cranbrook and Castlegar offices.
As PSCP, you will be responsible for empowering your internal clients to build strong leadership and management capabilities that foster an open, inclusive, CLBC values-based workplace. You will partner with leaders within your portfolio to plan, design, and deliver impactful HR Services that make a difference. From talent acquisition and workforce planning to performance management, labour and employee relations, health
and safety, and organizational change and development, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and champion initiatives to ensure our people feel supported and valued.
