Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a Senior Risk Business Analyst to support the Archer Risk platform and risk operations. You will bridge business stakeholders with data enablement, AI teams, and technology partners to deliver compliant solutions.

You will elicit, validate and document requirements, support Agile ceremonies, and help translate business needs into actionable backlog items and data specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role, with risk operations exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business-facing contact for Archer Risk and related apps.
• Triage incidents, requests, data issues, and engage technology teams.
• Lead requirement discovery sessions with stakeholders across levels.
• Translate needs into clear user stories, data attributes, and backlog items.
