Job summary

Robertson & Company Ltd., a top financial services firm, is seeking a Compliance Analyst III for a 14‑month contract in Toronto (hybrid). The role focuses on control governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment, with an hourly pay rate of around CAD 60.

Located in Toronto, the position supports data mapping, testing, and remediation efforts to strengthen governance processes. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in business or finance and 3+ years of Archer or similar GRC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required.
• 3+ years hands-on Archer or similar GRC platform experience.
• Experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Control Governance environments.
• Strong understanding of control testing, governance processes, and control documentation.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• Technology Risk, Operational Risk, or Data Governance experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with cyber controls, SDLC processes, and technology governance.

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 14 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting form $60 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours
