Job summary

Infinitree Inc. in the West GTA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the finance team and report to the Finance lead. The role involves monthly accounting, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting, with cross-functional collaboration for financial planning.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with two days onsite (Tue/Thu) and three days remote, and it includes payroll oversight and coordination with external parties (audit, etc.). Some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 5+ years in a similar finance position.
• Strong finance and accounting skills.
• Proven experience with Excel.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• General monthly accounting and month-end activities.
• Budgeting/analysis and forecasting for business unit.
• Provide insights for future forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups on financial responsibilities.
• Monitor and challenge variances to ensure budget compliance.
• Work with external third parties (audit, etc.).
• Oversee payroll activities and remittances.
